Hey Erica! Can I just say that Im not doing so well? Uumm...tis the season to be tempted! Uugh! Im doing all I can to just maintain but I dont even know if I am doing that Im not weighing myself. This is rough! I hope your doing better than I am but...if your not..kmow that your not alone and maybe we can kick it into high gear come the new year. Im just hoping to not over do it but to still enjoy. The last few days Ive had a treat everyday. Im ok with that as long as I dont binge. How are you?

Im maintaning but need a kick in the butt before Christmas. I want to eat clean until then to give myself some wiggle room. I still want to enjoy the holiday food. Im trying to be healthy mentally as well. Thats hard too. Im hanging in there though! Have fun in NYC. I have always wanted to go there during Christmas time.

Erica! Hey I miss you! How are you? Hey...I wanted to see if you would joing me on Tosca's cooler one plan for two weeks. She is doing it and she is posting her meal plan on her blog or on facebook also. Its going to be tough but I need some motivation. Im doing Ok....but I need to be better this month, especially with Christmas coming up. Im starting today. Start with me?

Thanks for the gift and the note. I know how you feel, I am not doing too well with my eating and I seem to stay in the same place. I am hoping that if I continue to post and read others posts that someday it will all come back to me! I seem to go in spurts with my eating and can't seem to stay excited about eating well for a long period of time. I hope I can grow out of this short attention span! Have a great one, and can't wait to see you come back!

I'm so glad that my checking in gave you a little jump start, Erica! I can't tell you how many times you and the others have done the same for me. That's what I love most about this site - the accountability! I'm so so proud of you that you were able to take a step back and look at the bigger (or in your case SMALLER!) picture and see what you really want. I struggle with that a lot, but by knowing that I'm not the only one makes it a lot more manageable.

How's was your week? Did you make it to Zumba on Wednesday? I don't have the budget right now ... stupid moving expenses ... for a gym membership - but I will most definitely be getting one that offers that class when I can! I just started the 30DS yesterday. WOW, i am sore. haha

I have to say, I'm super embarassed that I gained 2lbs ... uuuuugh. The whole vacation thing was good for my mind, horrible for my body. I'm expecting next WI to be more of the same .. this moving thing is really putting a cramp in my work out/eating style.

I'm glad you didn't see a gain on your scale - CONGRATS! =)

My week has been good minus my back problems. Ive had constant pain for a month now and its making me crazy. Im getting an MRI on Thursday so we will see what it says. Im thinking I may need to get some steroid shots every 3 months or so. Ive had problems for 12 years and its something i have to deal with. usually it comes and goes but this time its sticking around. On the food side of things Im great. I will WI at home on Friday. I went camping lastweek and totally stayed on track so that was good. Food isnt as much of an issue for me anymore. I enjoy eating clean and am rarely tempted to eat otherwise. Hows your week? Congrats on the loss!

Thanks for the comment Erica - you just reminded me I forgot to post today! I'm just keeping busy (aka super stressed) with all this moving business. I can't wait till it's over and I can have a working livingroom again. haha.

Ok...my advice is maybe keep counting points to make sure your not eating too much. I still count calories even though she says not too but I track my food with my Bodybugg. You can still gain weight if your eating too much even when eating clean food. Maybe do that until you figure out how much you can eat and lose and then slowly turn away from point counting. Adding your workouts will help too. Last week I couldnt work out because of my back so I lowered my calorie intake so I wouldnt gain. Sorry your stressed. Just plan the night before you work and pack your cooler. It will make it so much easier!
