Hi! I haven't posted lately but come back to find you are expecting!! Congratulations! I'm kinda jealous cause you sort of get a start over card after you have the baby!! LOL I'm sure you will do fine with healthy eating while pregnant and maybe come out on the other side healthier and leaner!! Good luck to you and your boyfriend and that wonderful little baby you carry!!

Hi! Saw that you are sad about being left out of the weight loss world. I felt the same way! Eating healthy is so different than eating lose weight. Sad, but true. The things I ate/did while trying to lose weight seemed so unhealthy for my pregnant body--too much fake stuff in the food, too processed, etc. I have been a dieter most of my life, and it was tough to let go of that--kind of scary! Hang in there. This eating for pregnancy will become more normal soon!
Awesome that you are liking the short term goal - correlate it to something fun for you and your man. Since one of your goals is to eat in more - maybe in 5 weeks pick a really great place to eat and have a super duper date night. Then after that it should be 5-6 weeks until Thanksgiving : )

I talked to Chris about it and we are going to do Roni's Challenge, too! I'm really excited that he is going to do it with me so that he can keep me accountable for it. I think we will do the test sometime this week and then start next Monday. I'm really excited about it!!
Hey Em! This week I am going to pack my lunch everyday, make sure I eat my normal oatmeal breakfast and help Chris make better decisions for what to cook for dinner. I WILL drink enough water every day. I have to get off my butt and do some exercise!!!
