No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Lost 1.2 this week! Not bad considering the barbecue I attended yesterday.

I didn't do badly though. Thankfully there weren't any chips (my weakness) and "snacky" foods. I was able to stay in control and keep my portions in check. I also ate after 7 (something I try NOT to do) so needless to say, VERY happy to see a loss this morning.

Doing well on the activity front. Completed my second day in week four of the C25K. I decided to do this week twice, and may consider doing it one more week. I felt really good these last two runs, and I just want to feel comfortable with the pace I'm currently running at before I move on. Makes sense for me. :-D

My cousin joined a running group (she's been running for a while now, and looks fantastic!). I told her I've been wanting to do the same as I only run on my treadmill right now, but do not want to run alone. She invited me to join her group - says the people that run all run different distances and at different levels. I know pavement running is WAY different than treadmill running, but it's something I really want to try. I'm supposed to join her next Saturday, and I'm really looking forward to it. I hope it's a good experience.

I hope you love the running group! It sounds like it'll be a nice way to change up your work-outs too!
