I maintained this week. I'm OKAY with that. I know it's better than a gain, but deep down I am kind of bummed. I mean, I was on plan all week. I earned well over 27 AP's, and used my flex points. This week I am going to keep the exercise up, but not use so many flex points. I guess I still need to play around with those and see what works for me. One week I had a good loss, even with using all of them. Our bodies are so weird sometimes! I am hoping to see it move down next week. I know I'm working hard, so oh well I guess.
Anyway, I am SO excited for the Lose for Good campaign! We got our tote bags at the meeting today. Last year I stopped going to meetings right before the campaign began, so I'm eager to participate and help out such a wonderful cause this year! I'm going to kick some major butt the next 7 weeks! :-)
