I have to admit I almost didn't finish week 1. Then I decided what the heck!?! I can totally do this while watching TV. So I may be off a day or two but there's no reason I can't get this done! Right?

I'm only doing the push up challenge for now and I just finished Week Two! Today I did 35 push ups for my final max rep, a total of 96 for the day!! Girl push ups that is but I'm still super psyched about it! I'm resting tomorrow and Wednesday and then doing my exhaustion test on Thursday. Thanks so much for letting us know about this great challenge!

Exhaustion Test after week 2
Push-ups 23 (not sure I am going down far enough)
Sit-ups 70
Squats 50

I just started Week 1 Tuesday .. WOW, I'm still hurting. That's good right? haha. I finished the whole program for day one though, so maybe I just pushed myself a little too much right out of the gate.

O well! I'm following through with it - that's the important part =)

I start Week 2 today. I was going to do it yesterday, but I really needed a tougher workout. So tonight before I go for my run I will do Week 2. The pushups are also the tough category for me. I don't know how you can do so many!!

I did Day 1 of Week 2 this morning. The push-ups really are my tough spot but I do feel like my arms are already shaping up. The squats were a little hard today as well because I did lunge walks on Saturday at the playground and I really felt those yesterday and today. Anywho, I am going to try and add lunge walks and step ups on my days in between challenge days. I need all the help I can get with my legs and booty : )

I completed Week 1, it was tough but I'm glad I stuck with it! I can really tell I'm getting stronger in my arms! I did Week 2, Day 1 yesterday and I think Week 2 is really going to kick my butt, but it can bring it, I'm ready! :)
