- 100 Pushups: Week 1 Day 1
- 10, 12, 7, 7, max: 10, total: 46
- 200 Squats: Week 1 (started on Week 3) Day 1
- 19, 24, 19, 19, max: 85, total: 166
- 200 Sit-Ups: Week 1 Day 1
- 15, 18, 10, max: 17, total: 60
Week 1 Day 2 numbers....
- 100 Pushups: Week 1 Day 2
- 10, 12, 8, 8, max: 14, total: 52
- 200 Squats: Week 1 (started on Week 3) Day 2
- 27, 34, 21, 21, max: 90, total: 193
- 200 Sit-Ups: Week 1 Day 2
- 15, 18, 15, 15, max: 25, total: 88
Week 1 Day 3 numbers....
- 100 Pushups: Week 1 Day 3
- 11, 15, 9, 9, max: 15, total: 59
- 200 Squats: Week 1 (started on Week 3) Day 3
- 30, 38, 27, 27, max: 100, total: 222
- 200 Sit-Ups: Week 1 Day 3
- 17, 22, 14, 14, max: 19, total: 86
I have to admit I almost didn't finish week 1. Then I decided what the heck!?! I can totally do this while watching TV. So I may be off a day or two but there's no reason I can't get this done! Right?
