Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

So, as in my last post, I did restart week 4 day 1 of the C25K. I did MUCH better this time, and felt more "in the groove". I think it was a good decision to repeat this week before I moved on.

On the food front, doing very well. Tracking, tracking, tracking and getting in that H2O. My official weigh in is on Sunday so hopefully the effort has paid off this week. :-D

Not doing much for Independence Day. Hanging out at home poolside. I see lots of swimming and a barbecue in the near future. LOL!

Hope everyone was able to have an extended weekend - I've been off since yesterday; I do LOVE my time off.
