Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

... But it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I ate 28 Points (5 Points over the 23 I'm allowed). The chart doesn't account for the Kashi TLC coconut-chocolate bar I had at about 10 p.m. It was 2 Points.

The worst part is that I didn't get any exercise in today. When the Boyfriend woke me up (too early, I might add), I started writing. Then, about 11 a.m., I decided I was tired and took a nap. Two hours later, I finally woke up ... and by then I had to rush back up the mountain to get to work (Hence the Subway lunch).

I let stress get to me a little bit at work, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I still think I'm going to head home and have some popcorn. Someone popped a bag earlier tonight, and it smelled so good I've been craving it ever since.

At least if I make it at home, I'll be able to make sure it's of the 1-Point variety!
