I think my post the other day helped me to realize I had to kick it into gear. I only had a 1.2 pound gain this week and I couldn't be happier. I was expecting at least a 3 pound gain if not a 5. So this is very good considering the week and a half I just had. I am so happy that I did not let myself get even further out of control. Posting truly is very thereputic!
Halloween didn't help matters and I slacked a bit in tracking. I made up for it with salads and fish for lunches and dinner. I have actually gotten to the point where I can't even look at the bowl of Halloween candy sitting on the living room. To me, that is a great thing. Now I am craving healthy whole foods once again. I am dying for fruit and I can't wait to dig into the applesauce that is simmering on the stove. Nothing but apples and cinnamon (ok, and a touch of brown sugar) is all you need. I am eager to get back on track this week. Now that the holidays are around the corner I need to very diligent in order to have loses.
