No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I will now perform the walk of shame..

my last post was on new years eve and i feel terrible for not regularly posting like i had wanted (was also part of my new years resolution... talk about not even getting that one started!!)

my weight has maintained itself.. no gains, no losses..... kind of in a state of nothingness...

on the positive note i purchased an 80 pass card for bikram's yoga and have been attending classes every other day or two since mid December so I'm thrilled that I've found something that keeps me energized and burning calories.

I realize I will not get to my goal weight if I don't blog more regularly, eat at regular times of the day (I've been eating at very odd times), and practice more physical exercise other than yoga.

thanks to those who checked in on me.. i really needed that.

Yay! I'm happy to see a post from you. Congrats on doing the yoga--I really think the key is finding something you enjoy!

Don't get discouraged... it sounds like you know exactly what it's going to take to see the progress you want to see. Now let's make it happen!
