Exercise:
NONE I feel terrible about it but I think my body was just all messed up from the weekend of weird sleeping times. I was just exhausted and I had a headache. Not to mention I also worked an 11 hour day yesterday. Blah. That's how I felt. Just blah. I'm sure if I had just made myself get up and do something I would have been fine but my hubby also wasn't feeling well so I was taking care of him too. He thinks he got food poisoning.
I also didn't drink all my water and only ate one serving of fruit. Gosh, I need to get with it! I just feel blah all over the place. My house is a terrible mess, I have mountains of laundry, I haven't pre-prepared any meals or anything this week, and I just can't seem to catch up! What I need is just one night/day to focus totally on deep cleaning my house. I am a little OCD in that when I clean, I don't feel like it's clean unless it's perfectly dusted and mopped and everything. That's probably why it all seems so overwhelming to me. I just get home from work and it takes all I have to exercise and get dinner and then I don't want to do anything else. Then the weekend comes and I want to be relaxing and hanging out, not cleaning. Wow, I am a complainer today!
On a positive note I received an answer to prayer in the form of an unexpected check in the mail yesterday! I really needed it and it came at the perfect time! It was a reimbursement from a Dr.'s office a year ago where I had overpayed. So cool!
Well ladies, today I am determined to make the best of things. I am going to work my butt off here at work so the time will fly by, then I am going to go home and get at least one room good and clean. I am just going to try to do that every night this week. Just take it one room at a time. I am going to exercise and eat well! That's the plan and I'm stickin to it. I hope everyone has a great on plan day today!
