No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Breakfast:

Nutrigrain Bar - 3 points

Snack:

100 Cal. Reese's pack - 2 points

Dinner:

2 Turkey Sausauge, zuchini and squash Kabobs - 6 points
1 serving low fat potato chips - 1 point
1 piece of corn on the cob - 1 point

Dessert:

1 small brownie with 1 scoop of ice cream and a little bit of chocolate syrup - I guesstimate 9-10 points

I was really proud of myself because I planned ahead big time for the cookout we had at our house. Woohoo!

Wow I need to try your idea for brownies and ice cream! That sounds awesome! And I love turkey sausage too, it was so delicious I think I may have some more for dinner tonight.

Turkey sausage is the best. I actually like it better now than the real thing. I had brownie with ice cream too. I took a 2 point WW brownie and microwaved it with some sugar free chocolate on top. Then I topped it with a 1/2 c. Breyer's free. It was only two points.
