Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Breakfast:

Fruit Smoothie- 2 points
I used 1/2 packet of weight watchers french vanilla smoothie mix - 1/2 point
1/4 cup of milk - 1/2 point ( I really think I could do without the milk next time, it didn't make any diff. in the smoothie)
1 1/2 cup of mixed berries - 1 point
A little bit of diet V8 Splash - 0 points
Ice
Water

This smoothie was really a result of no groceries. I am going grocery shopping either tonight or in the morning. But it was actually really good. I will never use blackberries in a smoothie again though because the seeds were really annoying.
But at least I got in a couple of servings of fruit!

Lunch:

Wendy's Mandarin Chicken salad w/o crispy noodles, almonds, or dressing - 3 Points
I know I am weird but i don't really like salad dressings. I guess I could have kept the other stuff on it though, I didn't realize this salad was so low in points!

Snack:

Peanut Butter Crackers - 4points

Dinner:

1 1/2 cups Life Cereal - 4 points
1/2 cup 1% milk - 1 point

Snacks:

1 serving Skittles - 4 points
1 serving pretzel sticks - 1 point

I didn't feel like cooking dinner since Friday is my lat day at work and I don't usually get home until 7:00. The hubs and I are headed to a fireworks festival so I went ahead and ate some snacks so I wouldn't be tempted by the fried Oreos and ice cream. :) I am still really pumped that I ahve been doing so well. I think blogging is really helping. Well, off to see some fireworks!
