Hey guys! Well..It's been a while since I posted..and yes I hit a plateau for 2 weeks..but I'm down 5 more pounds. It came off when I did a little mini flush aka salads and lots of h2o. I think a lot of it was water weight that I was holding onto (too much sodium and eating out). Chinese food is loaded with sodium, but at the time I thought I was making good choices based on calories. Sometimes, it's just difficult to cook every meal and know exactly what you are putting into your body unfortunately...but I'm determined to lose this weight and I'm beginning to feel a lot better!!
