No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Goals for this week.

Exercise- I'm usually all or nothing on this front. I am going to the gym every day or i'm going not at all/ once a week
1. Gym- 3 times (last night: 1/3) I usually just do cardio at the gym
2. Mat workout- 2 times ( i plan to do this tonite) This is a yoga/ pilates/ physical therapy exercise mix
3. Do not feel feel bad about not working out on your "rest days". What is that even about? (See the all or nothing mindset?) If you push yourself to do too much one week it wont be long before you burn out on exercise all together again. Plan on this being Wednesday and Sunday- however if i have to work late for a deadline that may change.

Food-
1. You do not have to eat some of the cookies you made before your husband eats them all. you can make more- it's your recipe, you know how. (Why is this so hard? and WHY??? does he have to eat my all my favorite cookies first?)

Love the pic Erin! The goals for the week sound good - especially the exercise goals. Rest days are important and we can't feel guilty. Our bodies need time to recharge. Isn't it funny we have "our" food - how dare the husbands? You are doing GREAT!!!
