I strength train every day of the week now and I worked on abs and back on Monday, legs yesterday, and decided to try arms, abs, and back today. I was still a little sore from Monday and feeling totally unmotivated today. I didn't want to go for a 20 min. walk with my dog or 30 min. of strength training at the gym. But, I did. That's what I do. I read my
credo and I went. Every day is a battle. I need to do what I need to do and that's it. Whether I feel like it or not. So, I walked 40 min. instead of 20 min and did my regular 30 min at the gym.... but still felt physically exhausted.
Last two days of eating have gone over on calories a bit. My daily goal is 1600-1900 and Monday I went up to 2070 and yesterday 1940. I think this is my "hungry girl" coming out and increasing portions just a little bit, so I am working on bringing those numbers back down a bit.
One thing to celebrate is two days ago I was able to fit into a pair of pants that had gotten so tight I stopped wearing them!!! Yay! That felt SO good.
Here are my food journals for yesterday and today so far. I'm doing much better today.... as you can see I have been using a lot of chipotle seasoning lately. It's yummy :) And the husband LOVES it.
