So far day two has gone really well. I woke up at 7 which is weird for me because I normally sleep in until 9 or 10. But I actually got out of bed and went outside for a walk! That's right I walked for a half hour even though it was only 30 degrees and I forgot a hat and gloves! I was surprised that my legs were already hurting a few minutes into the walk. I had forgotten to charge my ipod so I got a little bored. Then I came home and had the healthy breakfast I had planned.
Last night I went to the grocery store and stocked up on good food. I found these whole wheat wrap things that are only 90 calories and I really like them! So far this morning I haven't had the urge to snack or binge. I'm a huge emotional eater and even one little thing that doesn't go my way can make me want to just stuff my face. Which is scary because nothing goes my way!
Its almost time for lunch and I am going to bring a snack with me to work. I am actually still kind of full from breakfast! Oh and I'm so excited for the Biggest Loser tonight! I will probably miss the first half hour :( Because of my stupid job but I can watch that later. Alright that's all I got for now, here is a picture of my cute Henry just because:)
