I ran week four twice and I finally got to a point where I felt I could move on to week five. And I don't know what happened today - I was IN THE ZONE. I did day 1 of week 5, and I just felt AMAZING. I don't even know how to explain the feeling. I ran at an excellent pace (for me) and yeah I was huffing and puffing, but I wasn't tired. I felt great. I am a little apprehensive for day 2 of week, but you know what, BRING IT ON! I didn't think I could do day 1, and I DID IT! I'm not saying I'm gonna breeze right through it, but I'm not going to let my negative thinking stop me from at least trying.
On the food front, doing well. Tracking and drinking the water and keeping my exercise to every other day for right now. I went for a late night swim with the hubby and my youngest daughter. We live in AZ and it is H-O-T. So a late night swim with no sun was super refreshing, and hey, got in a little extra exercise too. :-D
