i had the best yoga session so far today... i was really pushed to my limits on certain postures.... couldn't hold as long as i wanted in standing bow but my back bend was really deep today and so was my half moon! WOO HOO!!! it felt really great and i was sad that i didn't have a friend witness it (usually I go with someone)
once i start picturing myself thinner and healthier i stay more focused. i would be so much happier if i lost my stomach... it's such a problem area for me... all other parts of me i can probably live with.. but my stomach just seems to get in the way of everything! i think it even gets in the way of my yoga... i just have all the fat collecting there and it's so resilient.. doesn't wanna go away!
anyway i hope everyone has a great weekend.. i'm going to So You Think You Can Dance Canada show tonight.. can't wait cause Nico is so HOT and it'll be so high energy that i'm bound to burn a few cals just dancing around!
