No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

It's Monday. Not a big fan of the day... simply because it represents the end of the weekend and everyone's back to the weekday routine: school, chores, work, etc...
Monday is also my weigh-in day... I chose Monday to help me stay accountable over the weekend, which usually tends to be a trouble spot for me. I weighed myself and I'm down 1.5lbs... Yeah! I didn't have a loss last week, so I was really hoping to see something today. 1.5lbs gone has made this monday a little brighter!
I did well and stayed on plan last week with the exception of a "Date Night" with my hubby. I didn't go crazy and for a change, I woke up the next morning feeling really good about my myself, instead of guilt-ridden! So far, my willpower has stuck around.
My goal this week has to do with strength training. I've been meeting my goal of walking 3 miles (4) times a week, but I haven't really focused on the strength side. I'm going to start doing 15 crunches and 15 push-ups each night while watching TV.
