No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I went to Yoga 11 times in January and this week alone, I went 4! So I know I'm doing fairly well with this whole, every other day practice of Yoga.

SYTYCD was so much fun... being 6th row, we made a sign with Nico's name on it and he TOTALLY pointed at us during the show.. made my heart melt!

My fiance is finally back next Sunday! I can't wait because I really need his help to motivate me on days I'm not doing yoga. I find yoga is helping me become more flexible and toning me up but not helping me shed the pounds. I think I need more cardio and eating at regular intervals throughout the day (ie: actually having breakfast and not eating late at night!!). I want to lose weight so that I can feel 100% satisfied with myself and not have to look at how my tummy ruins every single outfit. I can't believe I used to think I was fat when I weighed 135... now all I wanna do is get down to at least that weight... 15 pounds is so hard!! Yet contestants on Biggest Loser can lose that much in a week!!!!!!!!!

Wow 11 times is definately something to be proud about. I say increase the cardio but definately stick with the yoga because it will help tone your body as you start losing the weight. Happy to hear that the fiance is back next sunday...exciting for you!
