Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I came across this exercise on Rachel's page. I thought it was a great idea to think about the positive things I love about myself, rather than focus on the things that I want to improve. This is definitely an area I need to work on. So, here goes:

5 Physical:

1. My smile
2. My butt
3. My calves
4. My eyes
5. My toned arms


5 General:


1. I love the way I feel after I exercise. It's that sense of accomplishment I get that keeps me going every time. I'm proud of how far I've come.
2. I'm very organized, especially when it comes to school. I keep a detailed planner, notebooks, folders, etc.
3. My caring heart. I have close relationships with my family and friends that I wouldn't trade for the world.
4. No matter how difficult something is, I never give up. I don't mind asking for help when needed either.
5. I think I'm a good singer, but get shy around other people.
