Before and After shots...2/3 of the way through...

This was me before Weight Watchers with my (adorable) niece.

Now here's me 10 minutes ago, 42 pounds lighter (wearing the same shirt I have in my profile picture). (Aren't I the fashion maverick in my $5 Target t-shirt?)

I'm a big fan of before and after shots. I think they help me see the possibilities! I like seeing my own. And thank you all for the HUGE amount of support you've given me. I know the journey is not done. I need to lose 21 more pounds before goal. And then I have to maintain it for the rest of my life. AHHH. But, I'm feeling up for the challenge and I really am thankful you are all here.
(Forgive me for 2 posts in a day...just wanted to do some pictures. Need to do the (hot) body shots (okay, sorta hot). I will when I hit goal for sure!)
AGAIN, have a GREAT DAY! We are all STRONGER than we realize.

Before and After shots are such a good way to see a change. looking in a mirror doesn't do quiet the same thing. GOOD FOR YOU!
