Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

So i have decided this is going to be a new week, where i am going to stay on plan and eat healthy, and drink water! i'm going to try working out a few times as well!! nothing crazy though, just limiting my calorie intake, drinking water. I am pretty excite trying to get back on plan, but no drastic steps! if i want a bagel, then I will get one, and then limit my calorie intake the rest of the day, tomorrow, i think i will probably not go out to breakfest, just eat oatmeal in the morning!

I feel like a fake, my clothes are so tight, i get really tired from doing al ittle bit of hard work, like today i moved two mattresses, and moved 13 boxes of my stuff, and went for a walk, and i am exhausted!!!
