Just thought I would quickly update everyone since I didn't on my last WI which was on Sunday 9/20/09.
I didn't lose but I didn't gain either so I am totally OK with this. I am not going to lose every single week cause then that would make me perfect and I am FAR from perfect :)
Any ways I am still OP and doing good so far. Trying to limit the bad carbs as much as possible because that is my down fall. I am carb sensitive and have been all my life although I didn't know it until I gained all this weight.
I am loading up on veggies and fruits and trying to eat at least ONE salad a day! My goal is to try and eat more veggies and to limit the sweets and if I do want something sweet I try to keep it simple and low calorie like sugar free jello or sugar free pudding. It's hard but I am doing it :)
