Well by some miracle of miracles I am down 2 pounds this week! I was so excited when I stepped on the scales this morning. I am feeling so good about myself! Last night at church someone even asked me if I had lost weight and told me I looked great! And my sister noticed as well. :)
This week I have a lot going on. My husband is graduating with his doctorate so tonight is his banquet and tomorrow is his graduation. We will have a lot of family in which equals a lot of delicious food. We have a church dinner on Saturday night and then Sunday is church again. Then the work week starts all over again. Gah, I feel like I don't have time to catch my breath! I am finally getting my permanent crown on at 10:45 today!!!! So that will help me with being able to eat stuff like apples and raw carrots and stuff again. I am so happy about that, you don't even know. Anyway, I am going to make some goals in spite of the busyness:
Exercise 6 days
Eat more fruit and veggies
Go easy on the diet cokes
Breakfast:
Maple Syrup Oatmeal - 3 points
Coffee - 1 point
Lunch:
KFC Snack Bowl - 7 points
Really good but not worth 7 stinkin points! I was craving some comfort food.
Dinner:
My mom made roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, and corn. I have no idea how many points but I ate small portions and stopped when I was full.
And guess what else? I did not drink one diet coke yesterday! No soda at all!! Of course as I write this I am drinking one. :) It is just so hard to resist that cold deliciousness, especially when I have a headache, like now. I woke up with one. Yuck. Hopefully it will go away. I don't have time for such things!
