Accomplishments- I have found a Pregnancy Balance!

Accomplishments: 1. No eating after 7pm*** (I contribute this to my success!) 2. Eating snacks often (every few hours) 3. Calorie count is between 2500-3000 daily. It seems high to me still, but my body says it's just right! 4. Maintained my weight- wahoo!!! So, I've found a balance. I have been at 257.8 lbs for almost a month, and if you check my history after finding out I was pregnant, my weight was 257.4 lbs and dropped 4 pounds, but now it back up. Accomplishments for last week!

Accomplishments: 1. No eating after 7pm 2. Calories in a better range (most days 2500-2600) 3. Exercised lessened to only 40% of walking goal. I LOST WEIGHT! (or didn't gain as much last week as I thought I did!) While I do need to bump up my exercise more (goal for this week), I think I am finding my calorie balance for pregnancy that I so very much need. So excited about this! Accomplishments for last week!

Accomplishments 1. Exercised 60% of cardio goal. 2. Exercised 20% of strength training goal. 3. Stopped eating before 7pm on 6/7 days. 4. Getting fruits, veggies, and calcium everyday. Unfortunately, with the previous week's overeating (ranges from 2800-4000 calories), I gained about 6 lbs last month. I knew there were only so many days I could eat like that and not see damage....... Accomplishments? and Food relapse

So..... I have been eating WAY too much. I am still tracking it and intend on eating less. But, every since Labor day weekend, my eating has been excessive. I am eating about 3000-3200 calories a day. Ashamed? Yes. Probably part of the reason I didn't post. I know I've gained too, but I haven't been looking at the scale recently. Accomplishments for the Week!

08/31-09/07 1. I accomplished 40% of my strength training goal (better than 0%) 2. I accomplished 60% of my cardio goal (better than 0%). 3. I did not eat after 7 pm 100% of the time! 4. I ate one day within my calorie goal. 5. On the two days I went to the gym, I knew I would not be motivated to walk later on, so I did cardio there (such an accomplishment for me!) Accomplishments for the Week!

1. Strength trained 90/150 goal minutes. 2. Walked 50/100 goal minutes. 3. Never ate past 7pm. 4. 3 days of being within goal calories (2000-2200). Accomplishments for the week! And things to work on......

Here are my accomplishments first: 1. Walked 40/100 minutes of goal. 2. Strength trained 85/150 minutes of goal. 3. Fit into an old (used to be tight) pair of jeans!!! That didn't fit 2 weeks ago. So, even though I only lost 0.2 lbs, I lost inches I guess, which it exciting. So, I know I still worked out 125 minutes total this week, which isn't great, but compared to last year it's SO much better. Seeking Life and Living Life ---> weight loss, but not vice versa

I am at peace with myself and my body. Most of my life has not been lived here, but, it feels great! My calorie count today was 2150, a little over my goal, but I made mostly good choices. I remembered to eat snacks so I wouldn't starve for the next meal. I ate at a BBQ. But, instead of going for everything that I used too because it was there, I stuck with a few good things, 1 cookie, and 1/2 soda. I felt full from lunch, but not guilty. 07/27/09-08/02/09: 1. Strength trained (4/7 days.... goal is 5/7... but had to choose walk or ST on one day due to time) *Strength trained after work on 1 day!!! 2. Walked 5/7 days! First day of teacher training = success with food and exercise!

I am so relieved. But, should I be? I set my goals and I committed to following them. And, for the most part, I did. Why am I relieved? I knew I could and would do it. Last day of vacation! My plan. and doctor's visit last monday

Tomorrow I start in-service training for school and school starts in 1 week from today. The beginning of the year is always so exciting and scary! Much like pregnancy. So, I have a plan. I can no longer do workouts in the morning, I will wake up at 5:10 am just to get breakfast going and get ready to go to school. Husband helped me out last night!

I hadn't eaten a whole lot during the day and didn't feel like cooking, so I thought I'd order a calzone from my favorite pizza place. I knew I'd go over on calories, but not by much. Well, my husband was satisfied after eating half of his. I was shocked. This never happens. But, he had eaten a whole slew of veggies before the calzone. So, it gave me motivation to stop also. Accomplishments for the week!

07/20/09-07/26/09: 1. Ate every 3-4 hours most days. 2. Did not eat after dinner (usually 6:30 pm) 3. Walked (5/7 days), strength trained (4/7 days) 4. Woke up at 5 am in order to eat, work out, get ready for workshop. 5. Am trying to stay focused on healthy, clean eating during pregnancy. Pregnant!
