I went to Yoga 11 times in January and this week alone, I went 4! So I know I'm doing fairly well with this whole, every other day practice of Yoga.
SYTYCD was so much fun... being 6th row, we made a sign with Nico's name on it and he TOTALLY pointed at us during the show.. made my heart melt!

i had the best yoga session so far today... i was really pushed to my limits on certain postures.... couldn't hold as long as i wanted in standing bow but my back bend was really deep today and so was my half moon! WOO HOO!!! it felt really great and i was sad that i didn't have a friend witness it (usually I go with someone)

i didn't make it out to yoga yesterday or today because it snowed all night saturday and all day sunday leaving it impossible for me to make it out of my street on to the main roads! luckily i have my workout DVDs which i managed to complete today and i took my doggie out for walks which added lots of traction cause it was a challenge having to sludge through all that snow.

okay, so tomorrow marks the first day of me getting back on track. i've decided that my plan is to start the slim in 6 series again and to compliment that with going the gym and bikram's yoga. i plan on keeping a food journal of everything that i eat and to have all meals planned a day in advance to avoid impulses.

I'm starting to feel a little bit better or at least trying to switch my way of thinking to a more positive one. I feel like my weight loss goals are going down the drain...
