Well by some miracle of miracles I am down 2 pounds this week! I was so excited when I stepped on the scales this morning. I am feeling so good about myself! Last night at church someone even asked me if I had lost weight and told me I looked great! And my sister noticed as well. :)

Hello Everyone! Thanks for the sweet comments on my last post about blowing it. I am happy to report that I did not continue on a binge. Well ladies I blew it last night. It all started when I did a favor for one of the ladies at work yesterday. To thank me, at about 4:00 she brought me a Diet Coke and a Milky Way. I just had to write and say that I just did the 30 Day Shred Level One. Holy cow am I in worse shape than I thought! I had to follow the beginner lady and even then I took at least 5 breaks. I have so much to do tonight! My car is broken so we have to take it to the shop, then I need to do a major cleaning of the house. There's laundry and vacuuming and floors and on and on. Well I didn't exaclty eat all my fruits and veggies yesterday but I did have a NSV because I went to a cookout/pool party last night and brought a turkey sub and baked chips and played volleyball for a couple of hours instead of sitting around and eating hot dogs and cookies and gossiping. :) I also drank all of my water. Well I have to say I definitely ate my extra 35 point this weekend plus some activity points. I didn't go crazy but I did not eat very healthy. I felt fine about it though because on the first day alone we walked about 8 1/2 miles! Then Saturday we walked some more, then Sunday morning we walked 3 miles on the beach before we left to come home. I insisted that we park in one place and then walk everywhere each day. My legs are pretty sore but it's a good feeling!
