1.8 pounds. Granted, same 1.8 of the 3 I have been gaining and losing for WEEKS, but I'll take it! :-)
I am currently at 145.8. I am SO proud of myself because normally I am a daily weigher. I've been reading some of your blogs and see that several of you are STAYING OFF THE SCALE and so I've joined the band wagon. I stayed off the scale until my official weigh in day yesterday.
The first time I did WW I weighed daily, and it didn't bother me. Mainly because I hardly ever showed a gain. But th…

Well, it's been a rough couple of weeks. Life in general not so great. Glad to be alive, just wishing there were less problems. :-D
In any event, so frustrated with the whole weight loss journey that I just went off the grid for a little bit. I'm still not at it 100%. Can't find the mojo. Don't have the energy, the strength, the desire or the inclination right now to really do anything about losing weight. I'm trying to get a grip, and I know that I will. I tried to start tracking again this pa…

and can I say I don't care? Bad attitude, I know. But it's how I feel. I've been gaining and losing the same 3 pounds for weeks and fed up is the best way I can describe how I feel.
Last week I was up 1.6; this week up .8 for a total of 2.4. Was I surprised at the gain this week? No. Last week's weigh in derailed me completely. Tracking, drinking water, exercising didn't produce the results I felt I deserved so this week tracking and exercising went out the window (I still stayed with the water…

I am still on the damn rollercoaster losing and gaining the same 2-3 pounds since September 13. I am SOOOOO frustrated. Why? Because I'm doing all of the right things! I feel like WHY BOTHER? I am not only tracking points, I'm also tracking calories to make sure I'm not overeating or UNDEReating. I'm exercising. I'm drinking my water. What gives?
I am up 1.6 today from last Friday. I am NOT a happy camper. Taking all the strength in me right in this moment to not just go and find something tota…

Today is my official weigh in and I lost 2.6 pounds. I know I should be more excited, but these are the same 2+ pounds I've been gaining and losing since September 13.
HOWEVER I am almost back to my lowest weight since restarting this journey. I was 144.6 on September 13 and am 144.8 today - which I haven't SEEN 144 anything since September 13. So for that much I am pretty stoked. :-D I just want to break that 140 mark. My first round with WW got me down to 140 - and I saw 139 for one day! I wa…

I've been out of control since my birthday last weekend. I didn't all out binge, but I certainly didn't make the healthiest of choices and I threw tracking and drinking water out of the window!
My weigh in day is Friday - and so that starts my new day. Since I had been eating out the entire weekend, I knew I blew my points way out and so I just didn't track the whole week. But I'm back to tracking today. Surprisingly I lost .2. Not a big loss - but more importantly not a big gain!
I still can'…

Wow, I have been showing a loss of 1.4 ALL WEEK long, and here it is my official weigh in day and I'm down .4. Really? .4?
Frustrated/disappointed doesn't even describe how I feel. But I KNOW there is no way I gained a pound from yesterday to today. It's some weirdo fluctuation, retaining salt, retaining water etc. I've been on target this week and I
KNOW this, so I am going to MAKE A DIFFERENT choice and not let the scale negate all the positive things I've done this last week. I…

I decided to weigh in on Fridays. The weekends are just harder to totally stay on plan, and even a small cheat or indescretion seems to pop up on the scale on weigh in day just for having an extra beer (or two, or three - LOL!). I know it's a mind game, but I'd much rather see a loss than a gain or "stay the same" on my official weigh in day. I know everyone can relate! :-D
In any event, no changes from the last couple of weigh ins. I've stayed the same this week, but I am up 2.6 pounds and hav…

I'm up to 5 losing weeks in a row. It's been far, far too long for that to be the case - more often it's been going in the wrong direction. I was down 1.8 lbs this week and I'm pretty happy about that. I've got a few things going on this week that I'm worried about - the first happened the night before weigh-in, we had a cookout/meeting at our house. I did well in some areas and not so great in others. On the pro side - I did stay away from all the chips and munchy typ things, I used low fat Bis…

After my first week doing WW instead of the lower carb plan I lost 1.6 lbs. At first I was disappointed as I feel like I missed out on the second bigger than normal weight loss and in the past I've lost an average of 2.5 lbs per week over time so this felt a little low, but I'm still thrilled. After giving it some thought though two things occured to me - 1) I've had a loss each of the last four weeks and I can't think of the last time that happened so that's huge for me and I'm very proud of my…

So, I'm up 1.8 pounds. Gotta own it, and move on.
My eating was less than stellar this week, even though I did track, used daily points, FP's and AP's. But I'm guessing my food choices (regardless that I was on point and exercising) weren't the best. I will make better food choices this week and will hopefully have lost the 1.8 and a little more.
Here is to a new week, new choices, new opportunities to do well.
Hope everyone has had a great weekend. :-D

For a little background - I started doing the plan from a supervised program I belonged to (and was successful on) a couple of years ago. All the foods were either Medifast or Advanced Health Systems - maybe there were others - but I can buy the same foods online and decided the way to go for me was to start that program again and then transition to WW somewhere near the half way point. I wanted to start with the program because it has very few choices and is fairly regimented and I knew that it…

Down a pound. Trend is staying true - I'm pretty much losing 1 pound every other week, but hey at least I'm losing! :-D
I am 3 pounds away from my 10% from my restart in June, 4 pounds away from my lowest weight, 5 pounds away from what will be my NEW lowest weight and 19 pounds away from my first personal goal! I'm excited. Right now short term goal is those 5 pounds to get below my lowest weight!
Hope all of you are doing well, and having a good weekend. I'm off to read your blogs. :-D

No change this week. Sticking to the trend of losing every other week I guess. AND that TOM started yesterday, so I'm glad there wasn't a gain. We'll see what next week brings.
Nothing new to report. Just hanging in there taking it day by day. Having an awfully lazy Sunday. Sometimes you just need to veg. :-D

Weight loss is so weird! For whatever reason I am losing every other week rather than every week. But that's okay; it's a loss and I'll take it. I lost 1.2 pounds this week despite the fact that Mon., Tues. and Wednesday I had a total meltdown.
There is a LOT of stress in my life right now. So for those three days I ate bad things. I didn't go overboard (meaning everything in sight), but I didn't make good choices, didn't track, didn't drink water. I just didn't care at all. But lucky for me I…

I'm not really sure where to begin on developing goals this week since I don't really know what the second half of my week will hold. I'm going to be a little hard on myself to push through and avoid excuses. TOM is here so I have an extra reason to work extra hard this week (weigh ins are very unpredictable at this time...sooo excited for tomorrow as a result. Not.) Ok, goals (deep breath)....
1. Eat breakfast at the trailer every morning (ie: no fair food for breakfast. You packed Kashi ce…

In more than one sense. :-) I am NOT DOWN a pound or an ounce this week; stayed the same. And I am NOT DOWN because I didn't lose.
I've been on plan, like I have been all of these weeks. I've been working out, though probably not as much as I have been, but if you look at past posts you'll see that my weight loss is moving slowly whether I'm working out like a madwoman, or if I'm working out moderately.
I'm taking it in stride because no matter what the scale says, I know I'm treating my body…

I broke into the 170's today. Hooray! Official weigh in was 179.4 (down 1.2 pounds from last week...I'll take it!).
Last night I was looking through some old notebooks from before the wedding (around September 2008). I found a paragraph where I wrote about how I shouldn't beat myself up for 174. I should look at the choices I made that day--were they good or bad? It's ironic for me to read that because 1) I would LOVE to be 174 right now and would not beat myself up about it at all. and 2) I st…
