Eat only when hungry, eat what you want and stop when satisfied, this group is for those who are done with diets and are listening to their bodies to achieve a healthy weight.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself. 2lbs a week can be a lot so if it doesn't quite go as planned - hang on!

I'm following the Paul McKenna, 90 day diet. I worked out that if I lose 2 lbs (must be doable with exercise and sensible eating) a week, I'll be down to 147lbs by 1st September, so that is my first target. I'll see how I feel when I get to that.
