About Me:
I love food. I love to cook it and I love to share it, I love to plate and present it, and I love to photograph it as well. I lost 70 pounds on weight watchers. Since June of 08 i have had two surgeries one on knee and in Jan of this year had a two level fusion in my neck. Needless to say I have been very sedentary for some time and found myself gaining 20 lbs. I have found support online many a time and today i decided to join in community of of outreach and words of wisdom and encouragement.

Thanks for the info! It really puts the activity part of the equation into perspective. I know I focus so much on the food aspect and not enough on the exercise part. I think I am going to ask for one for my birthday. Thanks again!!

Hi Mary.....yes I love the Bodybugg! I am training for a marathon and started gaining weight soon after and was soooo frustrated. WW wouldnt give me any specific advice on points for marathon trainers so I decided to use the Bodybugg instead of doing points. I would eat low points and it didnt work and then I would eat all my points and it didnt work and I thought I was going to go crazy! After I started using it.....I realized that even when eating all my points and AP points that I still wasnt eating enough for how much I was being active. With the Bodybugg I am eating way more than i ever have and I love it. I have lost a few pounds that I gained and am maintaining. I dont have any more weight to lose but its helping me make sure I eat enough but not too much....I love it! I have my sanity back yeah!
