YES...ALDI is fabulous for produce etc. I do about 60-70 of my shopping there and then finish what's left at the local grocery chain. I save TONS by shopping Aldi. For a while...milk was about 1/2 price compared to the regular store! Love seeing you back here! I've been missing you!

Now, I just try to concentrate on reasonable choices and portion sizes. It would be so easy, now that I am at home all day, to let boredom take over and just eat all the time (been there, done that). I just don't. I drink water whenever I can...keep a glass filled so I grab it whenever I pass. And I have NO food in my house that I shouldn't eat (except when I'm entertaining, or trying a new recipe).
I will keep in touch with you if you want, and I'm full of good ideas to keep you on the straight and narrow. Thanks for contacting me. I know you can do this.
