Wow - good for you! Congrats on 5 more pounds ! Well, I have been (literally) snowed in for 29 days. I hope to get out tomorrow (driveway is 800 yards long, and half is in hardpacked snow.) It's been fun tho'. Alone in my house (ohhh, that sounds wierd doesn't it. Well, I have dogs here too - ohhh that sounds wierd too.)
OK off to ship some sportsbras.

Hi - boy don'tcha' just hate it when that darn scale doesn't go DOWN when you have been soooo good. Sometimes I think the scale is broken. lol
I went to WW and when I went down a size - I took my jeans etc to the meeting, and donated them to the gals. Only stipulation: anyone who took any, had to pass the jeans on to someone else when they lost some weight. ;o)

You can watch some instantly or you could have some mailed to you. I've just done the instant ones. There are several dancing, kickboxing, and yoga ones. I had never done too many workout videos before, so I don't really know if I'm a good judge of quality, but I liked them.

You know what I do? I keep my old bras and I double up. I wear the bra underneath and the sports bra on top. I've been doing that for as long as I can remember. I just got a Nike bra from TJ Max yesterday for only like $16. Just go to the store, try on a bunch in different sizes and styles and jump around in them. You'll find one!

Hi Ezziriah, I'm sorry I am just responding to your comment now! I just started with running slowly. I had actually starting running in high school. I remember it took a lot for me to build up time and distance (not that I am even that great at it now). Couch-to-5k is a great program!! Stick with it and you can definitely make it happen :O) Running is the best exercise because you can do it everywhere and anywhere - all you need is some sneaks and a good sports bra lol.

I like the treadmill also...helps keep the shock from my knees...but I also like to trail run. The 3G is the newest Nano...but I really like the band. Enjoy your workouts!!

Thank you so much for the feedback. Its so nice to know that we can help others on the WW program by using our blogs, it's a really cool way to stay networked. I will add you on the list for sure.
