Thanks Deana. One meal at a time, one day at a time, is the way to go. Yesterday no longer exists. Tomorrow hasn't happened yet. Don't expect your days to be perfect, do the best you can. No more all or nothing thinking. I write out a plan for my eating the night before, and cross each item off during the day as I eat it. If I substitute something, I make it for the same value, or close to, in points. One of our bloggers here wrote that as women we keep our promises to everyone except ourselves. This causes us to not trust or rely on ourselves. Keeping promises to ourselves needs to be our first priority, we deserve it. I found that so profound, and it has affected every food choice I make nowadays.
Anyway... TODAY is all you need to worry about. Doing it right today. You can do it!
