Eat only when hungry, eat what you want and stop when satisfied, this group is for those who are done with diets and are listening to their bodies to achieve a healthy weight.
Now that I have stopped dieting and started to eat intuitively (eat when you're hungry, eat what you want, eat consciously, stop when you're full) I've finally started losing weight. It's a slow process, but it's real.
I wish people would wake up to the fact that diets don't work!!
