I havent gotten a lot of time this week to post my menus, but I promise I am tracking. I have been to the gym once so far this week, and plan on going atleast 2 more times, ideally three. The scale so far seems to be holding steady at the same weight, so I suppose I should throw in the extra day of working out.
We went to the gym Monday and I burned approximately 300 calories and did about 2.25 miles in 30 minutes on the elliptical. I am still tempted to possibly go to the gym tonight!
