Weighed-in this morning at 177.7 (BMI: 30.34). That's a total of .6 pounds lost over 2 weeks. That makes my total loss since being on here a grand total of 1.3 pounds in about 7 weeks or so. Whoo Hoo! At least it has not gone over my starting weight…

Thanks for the comment! I know spotting is very common, just freaked because of what happened the first time, you know? But, I'm ok now. I am going to work out, but I never work out too hard- just enough. And, the spotting happened on a day that I did not work out- so I don't think it was related to work outs. Thanks for your encouragement!

About Me:
I am a SAHM of 2 boys, age 7 and 19. I homeschool my 7 year old and homeschooled my oldest all the way thru school. (He is now in college.) I have never weighed this much before, except when I was pregnant. I am following the Weight Watcher plan at home. I am a REALLY SLOW loser who needs lots of motivation to keep going. I hope to be able to motivate others in return.

Weigh-in after 2 wks. and a website suggestion.

Weighed-in this morning at 177.7 (BMI: 30.34). That's a total of .6 pounds lost over 2 weeks. That makes my total loss since being on here a grand total of 1.3 pounds in about 7 weeks or so. Whoo Hoo! At least it has not gone over my starting weight of 179. I keep telling myself that even though I have not made much progress, if I had not been trying, I would probably been in the 180's by now.

Overdue blog and 5th weigh-in

I weighed in last Thursday and showed a gain of 1.1 pounds. That puts me back up to 178.4. I don't even remember what the BMI said. 4th Weigh-In, the Wendie Plan and a Confession

Weighed in this morning and discovered a slight gain from last week of .3 pounds. I am blaming this on water weight because I am gearing up for TOM to arrive in a few days. So official weight now is 177.3 with a BMI of 30.26. I will be so glad to get out of the obese range and into the overweight range. (Tired of the wii fit telling me that I am obese.)

Weighed in this morning and according to the Wii Fit, I maintained at 177. My digital scale said I was down 1 pound (but it has whole numbers only so it could have rounded up).

Anyway, I'm not too disappointed with the results. I didn't do well on Monday nite at the salad potluck. I had good intentions in the beginning, but then I just ate whatever. I didn't stuff myself though. I have also been retaining fluid do to gearing up for TOM.

It is VENT time!

Whoa! Yesterday was horrible! Well, just regarding my eating program. Church was awesome as usual. Actually, I don't think I went over more than about 5 points (which I can take from my flex points), it was just the horrible time I had fending off a binge. I don't know what the problem was, I just wanted to eat anything and everything all afternoon. I fought this urge but was a fingernail's distance from giving in.
