Ok, so since my last post, I haven't been so good, but I have'nt been so bad... I cheated a little, and I didn't make my goals of working out consistently... The good thing is though, I have been somewhat working out. I have stuck with kickboxing, and my 30DS status is still at level 1 (level 2 is brutal)... I'm back to wearing my pedometer daily, and I hav meet my goal and beyond mostly everyday, just with simple everyday tasks, like student teaching.
And the fact that my weight hasn't gone up…
