first things first...
Hey all,
I've been inspired by other's blogs and decided it's time to start my own. I'm 22 and have been always wanted to be more fit my whole life. I went through that whole really heavy akward phase in junior high and did lose a lot by growing up. However, ever since highschool I've pretty much stayed the same and want to change that. For about two weeks now I've been getting back to being active again like I was last year. Last summer I lost over ten pounds and felt great. The winter brought on 15 pounds in which I am so sad over. The only thing I can do now is more forward and be active again. I would like to lose twenty pounds and finally put an end to my emtional eating. Here I go!!!
