Great job with your first month of maintenance! You are doing wonderful! Now that you knwo where you need to be calorie range you can stay balanced and you will keep going strong. 140 is my goal so you are an inspiration to me!

About Me:
I have been fighting the weight loss battel for 8 years . After a lot of starts and stops,and more failed diet and exercise programs I care to admit , something finally clicked ! I decided to get back to basics. In vs Out ! I started counting and tracking calories in a food journal, weighing and measuring my portions. I kept active with circuit training, HIIT, SS cardio, and outdoor activities. I am now 5lbs. away from the my ultimate goal weight , and I feel better than ever.

How Do I Do This ????????????

I am half Italian and half Irish. My mother was Italian so most of my food influences came from that side of my heritage. Beach Day

Well, thanks to the chilly and rainy start to our New England summer, I have had to put his day off many , many , times................................ But today is the day ! I am FINALLY going to the beach in a swinsuit ! We moved into a lake community 2 years ago and I have never been down there in a swim suit. I've never been the water once ! My Weekend Begins Today !

As of today, I am off for 5 whole days ! The plan for today was to finally cross something off of my "When I Get Skinny List". I was planning to go to the beach for the day (I live in a lake community) for the first time since I've lived here (2 yrs.) in a swimsuit !!!!!!! But, sadly, at the moment it is raining :( ! It is not supposed to be nice today, but I am still praying that all the weather reports are wrong and that by 10 am it will be perfect ! Think positive !

I Got A New Toy !

Yesterday, after morning of shopping around, I finally got a new bike ! I am so excited ! I've wanted one for a long time. When I first met my husband he was big into mountain biking. He has a beautiful bike, but hasn't ridden now for a long time, I think since we first started dating.

We always talked about wanting to ride the New Englans Rail Trails. Now we can ! We are big hikers, we try to visit different trails every Sunday, now we have biking to add to our weekend activitis.

One Month of Sucessful Mainenance !

This morning I weighed in at 139.8 lbs. Today marks one month of maintaining my goal weight of 140 lbs. ! This month has been far from easy. The dieting , unfortunately , was the easy part ! This maintenance buisness is rough ! It is really hard to find balence. I set a goal of maintaining 140 lbs. with the allowence of a 2 lbs. fluctuation up or down, and I've achieved that for this month.
