Here I am on a Saturday evening sad because I know I'm way over weight.
I went to the doctors on Thursday and I weighed 236 which is way over weight and I know my healthy weight is 160lbs.
I have tried eating healthy a few months ago and going to the gym 5 days a week for 30 minutes and riding my bike.
Why is it so easy to stop a diet and exercise then it is to start it? LOL
