I have ALWAYS wanted to be on the Biggest Loser or even have a pretend Biggest Loser with my friends...but then I thought why not have a Biggest Loser Competition with all my BTL friends!! WHO will be BTL's first BIGGEST LOSER??

MMcB: That sounds like a great challenge. I can't wait to hear the results.
My goal for 2010 is to run one race a month (thinking of just 5K and maybe a 10K mixed in later in the year), but I live in Wisconsin, and so winter running means there are…
congrats MommyMcButterpants.
I did my first 5K in October despite being way over my goal weight. It was exhilarating. Signing up for a race is definitely a motivator to train often and lose weight. Good luck on your Relay.
I didn't start nor do 30DS everyday. I incorporate it into my running routine. One my off-run days, I do 30DS. On my run days, I do 2-3 miles. And I just started doing Pilates again to help with core strengthening.
If you are planning to do 30DS fo…
Hi Janie:
I just joined yesterday. I've been doing Shred for a month. I incorporated it with my 5K training. So I only did it 2-3 times a week depending on how busy I got. The key is setting a schedule like: Mon, Wed, Fri; or Tues, Thurs, Sat. That…
I am trying to lose the baby bump 11 months after Baby #3. Nursing didn't allow me to drop the weight. I just dropped the last feeding 2 weeks ago. One thing that has kept me consistent over the last 3 months is exercising at 5 a.m. Tough for mom's…
I am not doing 30 days consecutively, but did Level 1 for about 3x a week for 4 weeks. I moved up to Level 2 today. Tough workout. But I am loving it. Jillian's words have inspired me to take more risks in my other workouts. I am doing a 5K on Satur…
Mom of 3 who works outside of the home. Training for a 5K despite being 75 lbs overweight. I am a "fat athlete" that just wants to be an "athlete". I get up at 5 a.m. 4-6x a week in order to get my workout in--if Michelle Obama can do it, then so can I. I run on the treadmill about 3-4x a week, do resistance training with 30 Day Shred about 2-3x a week, and I do Pilates 1-2 x a week. I love exercise, but love eating more. I am trying to strike a healthy balance. I have eliminated Dairy due to an intolerance, and I am no longer bloated or running for the bathroom. I switched from White Rice (which is my "crack") for brown rice--and no other white stuff. More fruits and veggies in my day. Snack is always fruit or veggie. I am trying to change my life--for the infinitely better.
