OK, let me first say I LOATHE excuses. I really do.

I'm sure you noticed (at least I hope you have) my pushup/sit-up/ squat challenge fell to the waist side.

I really thought I would be able to keep it up while moving but I was mistaken. I can barely find time to run, blog, or sleep for that matter.

My c25K is going well thx for asking, but I am stuck on week 5. The worst of it is my mother has been admitted to the hospital and I rushed to DE to be with her. I dont have my sneakers or running cloths with me. UGH

Good Morning - sorry I am late getting back to you - INSANE holiday weekend.

I started all 3 challenges but after doing 2 days of squats running was nearly impossible and since I am training for my first 5k that is this Sunday!! I decided to forgo the squats and continue with the push-ups and crunches!!

I am doing modified push-ups - on my knees with legs in the air I started on Week 3.

Week 3 Day 1 - 45
Week 3 Day 2 - 50
Week 3 Day 3 - 55

My Crunches were also started on Week 3.

Week 3 Day 1 - 130
Week 3 Day 2 - 152
Week 3 Day 3 - 180

Wow I feel like I just got busted by the teacher. I just started a new position at work and my husband was out of town for several days last week. I know these are just excuses. Maybe having someone check up on me is just what I needed to get off my can and get started. I took the inital test last week. I will get started tonight. I will keep you posted. Thank you so much for asking.
