Been doing my 5 mile jogging walks on the lake 5 days a week, and it's working out great for me! Plus I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred levels 1 & 2. Been doing the grapefruit diet for 8 days now. When I weighed in on Day 5, I was 4lbs down!
