Week.. 1 lets call it :)

Hehe, my weight is 288.3, which is down from the day I bought the scale by about 3 lbs. That is not surprising to me though.

Yea this is week 1 cause its the end of the first week. That makes sense.

:) So I only got 1.5 mi in this week, but it was on the treadmill which is surprising cause I really hate that thing.

Acctually on monday I walked but I"m calling my weeks starting on mondays, I'm trying to post mondays... so I'll count monday on next week. :D

Constipated, Dehydrated, and ready to start something different.

I've been half-heartedly trying to become healthier on and off over the past several years. The past week I haven't even been trying and the past couple days I've felt like crap. Eating poorly leads to feeling poorly. Surprise? :P
