About Me:
I have lost about 100lbs over eight years on and off WeightWatchers. In September 2008 I got down to 168lbs..the lowest I had EVER been. I lost it for all the wrong reasons. I gained about 30lbs back from Jan 09-May09. I have also had some pretty crazy health problems happen and I am bouncing back. I have been struggling with binge eating since January 09' and am learning to be kind and patient with my body, mind and spirit.

Current Weight: 197lbs/90kg
Goal Weight: 173lbs/78.5kg

I HATE Food!

My office went out for lunch today. I got a salad w/ chicken and hummus. Honestly, full 1/2 way through but kept eating cause it was there. Then there were huge bowls of fries on each table. THOSE ARE MY WEAKNESS. Now, with all of the dieting shit that I've been through..limited myself to about five. Then went back for more, because I had limited myself...then ate more cause they were there..etc.

2 TB almond butter

Snack:
5 crackers
1TB cheese
1 nectarine
2 kiwis

Lunch:
rice noodle salad

Dinner:

A little effort

My soul and heart are changing. let me tell you something.

I have lost over 100lbs. Last year I started dating a guy who told me that I wasn't thin enough for him...so I lost another 20lbs. I was healthy or skinny as many people were referring to me.

I then binged back 30lbs of it after the break-up and after the fact that I was diagonised with allergies to gluten/dairy/sugar

I thought that I needed to lose weight to:

Being sick and @ home

At home..sick...studying fro microbiology. Food around. How is it that when people are sick they lose their appetite..I am not one of them :)

Breakfast: 3/4 c. cereal, 1 TB almonds, 1 TB raisin, 1 banana, 1 c. rice milk
Snack: 1 apple, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp. peanut butter

Off to study and make myself a cup of tea. I have a stew in the crockpot..it's gonna make my house smell yummy

Hi Michelle! Thank you so much for your comment on my post asking for support last week! Your ideas to keep it simple and just add in one thing has helped tremendously. I am a variety person, so it's not always the same 10 pushups, situps, whatever...but there's always something. Thank you for the inspiration! The next 5 weeks ARE going to be different...no more of the same old stuff.

Thanks for the encouragement!! I just keep thinking about being the "fat kid" in school and want to make sure I change my eating habits so that doesn't happen to my own kids.
