About Me:
I am to the point where I know I need to lose the weight once and for all. I am tired of being FAT and I am ready to get the weight off for my health but also to feel good about ME again. Right now my goal is to take off one pound at a time.

I have been yo-yoing with my weight for the past 8 years now and I am sick of it. I have joined and rejoined WW to succeed some but have never got to goal. This time it's different because I am more than determined to make it to goal. I will NOT QUIT!!!

Highest Weight: 450 lbs.
Current Weight: 364.6 lbs.
Goal Weight: 200 lbs.

9/20/09 362.0 (-0.0 lbs,) This is ok and I am ok with it cause I didn't gain :)
9/26/09 359.8 (-2.2 lbs,) :)

Didn't lose but didn't gain either :)

Just thought I would quickly update everyone since I didn't on my last WI which was on Sunday 9/20/09.

I didn't lose but I didn't gain either so I am totally OK with this. I am not going to lose every single week cause then that would make me perfect and I am FAR from perfect :)

Lost -2.4 lbs. the first week :)

I am happy to announce that I have lost 2.4 lbs. this first week back on WW.

I was sooo happy to see a loss that I wouldn't have cared if it was only a half pound loss ....but I will take a -2.4 lb. loss :)

This first week really wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be for me. I just told myself that I am not on a "diet" but a lifestyle change.

I know that this journey will get hard at times but this time I am prepared for it because this is MY TIME and I will get to goal this time!

Off to a GREAT start .....now I just have to keep this momentum going :)

Well today was my first day back on WW and it has been a GOOD day! I really haven't felt at all deprived or hungry which is a good thing.

Usually it's the little psychological games that my mind plays on me that leads me to failure. But I am determined to SUCCEED!! My health depends on it and I WANT IT damn it!

I am back and ready to do this!!!

Well I took the summer off ...although I did not plan that , it just kinda happened :( I could just kick myself but I am going to STOP feeling sorry for myself and just DO THIS ALREADY!

I have gained all the weight I worked so hard to lose back but I am NOT going to let that stop me. I NEED to get this weight off! Right now I am going to concentrate on getting down to 299 lbs....that is my FOCUS now!!

My First Maintain but that is OK

Well this is a little late LOL but it's been a busy world for me and I just haven't had the time to get on and blog. Sorry! Any ways last weigh in which was on 5/20 I maintained. Don't feel bad Michelle...I stopped too after the first of the year (as you probably know) and only came back the end of July and at the time I had gained back all the weight I lost before too. I started back at 338 and am now down to 317. I have found that the key for me is to attend my WW meetings. I tried doing the plan from home before and gave up after finding out that my scales were off--way off. This time I decided not to weigh myself at home and I only WI weekly when I go to my meetings...that's been working out SO much better for me. I hope that you will continue to blog and I know you will get back on the wagon when the time feels right for you! Take care girly!

I thought about trying the WW online, I was just afaid I wouldn't follow thru without the meetings. I have been doing WW on my own for the past year but never got past 17 lbs. & I have gained some of that back. My niece is doing so well on WW too. She has lost 40+ pounds. I'm so proud of her. She has been my inspiration & I know I can do this with her support & the support of others like you on this site. Thanks for the add. I have about 100 lbs. to lose & I am ready to do it this time. This has been a battle for most of my adult life. You have really done good, (as we say here in Texas) LOL :)
