Profile Information

About Me:
I am a new mommy of 3. In high school, I was soooo active - I danced, played soccer, and ran track. Once I got out of high school, I still played sports, but school was so all-encompassing that I gradually fell out of it, and the drinking really added some pounds. Add to this that I got married and you have an extra 15 lbs. Soon after I got married, I found out that I was pregnant with my son. I gained 40 lbs, and only managed to take off 20 before I got pregnant with my daughter. I took off all 20 lbs. that I gained with her, but wanted to finish having babies before I put in any real effort. So, this past February, my LAST baby was born! (Another girl!) On top of that, I am in school full time, working full time, and exhausted. I'm also sick of what I see in the mirror. I have about 40 lbs. to lose to get to a weight I would be happy with maintaining. I am optimistic, but I know I have a long road ahead of me...

Keeping on track

So this week was uneventful - in that it was very stressful (which is normal for me) and I'm finding that I am having an incredibly hard time keeping on my points. Better News

I'm in class right now and sooo bored. Problem with summer school is that all of the restaurants on campus are closed. So, I've got a 30 minute break between 12 pm and 9 pm and only vending machines to pick from. Any healthy ideas besides trail mix? Snacks that would fill me up and fit in my backpack? Ways to stave off hunger AND total boredom?

Ok, so I am trying to stick with everything, but even after just two days, it's soooo difficult with all of the stress I've got going on right now.
