Nothing accomplished...

Well, today was the day that I didn't do my workout, and I also had pizza! But I'm blogging that tomorrow, I will do the Turbo Sculpt (40 min.) and the Ab Jam (20 min.). Hmmm....Ab Jam? I should.

Update

I did the 20 min. Ab Jam yesterday. And today I did the Turbo Sculpt again. If I had done this without blogging on this site, I wouldn't have made it this far (getting in my workout every day since Monday). It's for some reason really motivating to me that I have to own up to whether I did my workout or not. Eating hasn't really been too bad for me....as of right now!

I would really like to lose about 30-40 lbs, so Iets see if I keep up with this!

I did it!

I had said that I would do my workout on Monday the 7th (yesterday), and I did! It really did help that I blogged it on here ahead of time, knowing that I would have to own up to it, if I had not done it.

But I did, and I did the Turbo Sculpt, which I basically shook through the entire workout! So today, I'm a little sore, and b/c of that, I'm going to do the 20 min. Ab Jam (from the same company that did Turbo Sculpt). Tomorrow, I plan on doing Turbo Sculpt again.

Countdown...

Okay, so it's been about a month since I actually registered here, since my sister had told me about this website, and we were both extremely excited.

Since then, I haven't done anything, as far as working out! Not even eating much healthier.

Hey! Yeah, Liv is on here too. So far, this is the only thing that has helped me to workout everyday since Monday. I love it! I guess I should post a pic, but haven't yet.
