So proud of myself. Mid morning I went to the gym. Yay me! Started with a warm up on the elliptical for about 10 minutes then onto the treadmill. About 2 years ago I started jogging and surprisingly I enjoyed it. So, I'm trying to back on track. I'm following a 6 week plan that gets you to run 3 miles. Did I say 3 miles? So, right now it's...1 min run / 3 min walk, four times. (Okay, this should be 7x, but it's my first day, give me a break.) Then I continued to walk for another 15 minutes.
